Why am I not hearing a sound when I get a TigerConnect message?

Please make sure that your device’s sound is turned on or at least set to vibrate. Additionally, if your phone is set to vibrate, TigerConnect cannot override the device’s primary settings. If you have TigerConnect open in an active conversation will not experience an audio alert or vibration.
