If you have forgotten your PIN lock code, simply tap Log Out or simply uninstall the TigerConnect app on your device. Once uninstalled, re-install the TigerConnect app and log back in with your username and Password. You will need to go back to the Settings menu to set a new PIN Lock code.
Additionally, your organization’s TigerConnect administrator may require a PIN code for every device that is logged in to TigerConnect. In this case, after deleting and re-installing the TigerConnect application, you should automatically be required to enter a PIN on your device. You should be able to enter a PIN code you have used previously.
