Can I retrieve an expired message?

There is no way to retrieve an expired message – it is gone forever unless your organization has added Message Archiving to their TigerConnect service. Please contact your local IT help desk, on-site administrator or supervisor to find out if your organization utilizes archiving. Additionally, feel free to contact the TigerConnect Client Care team at the following with any questions about archiving:

  • On TigerConnect: Search for and send a message to the ‘TigerConnect Admin’ user
